Shouldn't be, but it's been a while since I've looked at Rakim. It's 
entirely possible they're broken - try to dig on the database queries a 
bit, and file a bug report if appropriate (bugs.horde.org).

There are some cronjobs you need to be running - see the scripts/ dir - 
but if you have them set up, this should happen.
