Authorise as tech problems.

Hi all, i love rakim, and i have a had it setup properlly before which is why 
i can not see what i am doing wrong this time.

I have setup rakim to require membership in the 'Techs' group for all 
admins/techniqual people. I am a member of the Techs group but every time i, 
or anyother user, opens rakim they get the error "You are not authorized to 
use this service."

Here is the relivent text from the config file...

$conf['authentication']['tech'] = 'group';
$conf['authentication']['tech_group'] = 'Techs';
$conf['authentication']['guest'] = 'horde';

Horde is setup to use imp as its authentication method so the group data is 
stored in the DataTree, i dont know if that is make the diffrence.

Any help anyone can give me would be much appreciated
