DB Error: null value violates not-null constraint ...

Trying to save a 'hit level' of 5 to the database, nothing else set, I'm 
getting:

   Cannot set options: DB Error: null value violates not-null constraint

According to the backend:

   ERROR:  null value in column "horde_id" violates not-null constraint

This is SAM from CVS from around the beginning of May, so this might be 
something that has been since fixed ... ?

The rest of horde from that timeframe appears to be working fine ...

Thoughts ... ?
