Of course there is the other factor.. you are running the cvs head version of horde, right! Because as far as I am aware (and I could be wrong) you only have the admin option in the head version. And as SAM is in ALPHA stage, I think it is not designed to work with any earlier versions. Oh, and by your list, you do explicitly need dom-xml I believe. have fun, tim.
