Different users seting same address not working

Greetings,

I've black and white listing working now correctly, except for one thing:
my domain user [email protected] has put [email protected] in blacklist. When another
user from my domain, [email protected] tries to put the same address [email protected]
in his blacklist, he gets an error ( Error  Cannot set options: DB Error:
constraint violation ).
>From the logs:

Apr 20 13:11:14 HORDE [error] [sam] DB Error: constraint violation: INSERT INTO
mailaddr (email) VALUES ('[email protected]') [nativecode=1062 ** Entrada
'[email protected]' duplicada para a chave 2] [on line 613 of

Sorry about the brazilian portuguese localization.

Note: they share the same policy id. But AFAIK the email addresses in
black/white list don't have to do with it.
