New Install

Just pulled the latest (as of this morning) version of SAM from the CVS Tree. 
Followed the INSTALL to get it in there, but whenever I try to access it, I get:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: compressoutput() 
in /var/www/html/webmail/horde/sam/lib/base.php on line 48


It takes about a minute or two to get this message (may be the speed of my site 
though)

Can someone point me in the right direction to solving this lil' problem?
