PASSWD Module...

I have Horde working and working well.  The problem I have is with the
PASSWD module.  I have it installed and setup but I do not see an option
for using the system passwd file instead of mysql, ldap, etc.  We have a
very simple install need and do not want anything more than this.  Any
help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
