Hi, 
While i am no expert in any means with this setup as im having some issues
understanding how to configure vaction LDAP and postfix to work, i did come
across this issue of blank pages. After looking in the apache error logs i could
see that several files were not loaded due to permissions. 
This ended up being the php safe mode restriction, i tested by modifying the
/etc/php.ini to put safemode off to test. when i found out that this was the
issue , i modified the safe_mode_include_dir to include the directorys of the
failing includes from apache error log, and then restarted apache. 

I could then access the pages.
