We'd need to know what kind of mail software you are running, and more
about the configuration, to really help.

There are two Horde modules (sork/vacation, and ingo) which might do
what you want.  Which one is best depends on your mail setup...

First you need to decide on sork versus ingo.  To help with that, we'd
need to know more about your email system setup...
