Problems with passwd

Hi ,

last week I have installed a new horde Server vom scrach (freebsd port)

Yesterday I added the passwd port. As backends.local.php I use one from
another server, which works fine LDAP Auth)

On the new server, the passwd page displays correctly, but it seems not one
of the scripts work, e.g. in backends I have restrictions to the password
length an complexity. But I can input abc as password, and nothing happens.

Also the password will not be changed on the ldap server.

Any idea whats wrong here? Horde/passwd/test.php shows all correctly
installed .
