First you should try to add the required fields in Turba. Have a look  
at config/attributes.php for "workEmail" and "homeEmail". Add this  
attributes to the address source you are using and attach them to the  
matching database column. You must add the additional column to your  
database "by hand" of course.

Works fine here with the only grieve that every client uses some other  
schema to decide which address is "work" and which is "home".
