I also wish to add that if I go into Global Options and delete the  
SyncML Data associated with the account, it will do a Two Way sync.   
After that, it continues to only go One Way (phone -> application)  
while application->phone still won't update unless I delete SyncML  
data again.

This leads me to believe that some sort of timestamp isn't being  
updated, specifically in Kronolith and Turba.  Is there a way of  
tracking down what exactly is causing this?
