This seams really strange. Are you sure you want to connect to  
"localsite" or have you altered the log for privacy??
The connect URI should normaly contain the resolvable name of the  
server Horde is running on and the "/hord/rpc.php" part e.g.  
"http://<your-server-name>.<your-domain-name>/horde/rpc.php" .
