Is included in Horde 3.3.5 as far as i know for contacts i don't know.

Would explain the duplicates. Is also fixed in 3.3.6 which is not out  
yet. The "server timeout" i have never seen before with Thunderbird  
Funambol but i have only used it with around 500 contacts so far.

Funambol Outlook is buggy as hell while the Thunderbird Plugin is much  
better even in the beta phase.
