ActiveSync on Horde 5.1.0

Hi everyone!

I have a freshly installed Debian-Server with the current Horde 5.1.0.  
The Database is migrated from a older H5.
But with the new system I cannot sync my android phone anymore using  
activesync. Here's the Output of the sync log:

I tried different users, deleted the devices from the  
ActiveSync-Settings, but always with the same results. Any Idea? The  
folder "trash" exists, I even tried "trash" and "Trash"...
