Notes sync

Any notes that I create in Horde are not visible in my desktop client
(MacOS 'Notes'), nor in Android clients (Imapnotes2, Mail Notes).
Notes created on desktop or Android sync with each other normally, but
in Horde they show up as an email folder. Notes created in Horde do
not show up as email folders on any other client. I see no options in
Horde to configure paths so that Notes could work normally.
