Activesync on local network

I recently installed horde and got activesync working on the 2 devices I
tried so far (Outlook 2016 & Android). However, I'm only able to access
activesync from outside my network. Is there a way to set it up access from
both inside and outside the local network? I'm a noob. Thanks.
