I will give it a try.

However, the list disitributed by my NNTP server is made up by almost  =

40=B4000 newsgroups. My mozilla thunderbird, when retrieving the list,  =

takes a couple of minutes, while troll gets stuck!

I will post back the results to the mailing list.
