New Install

My setup:

    * Horde: 2.2.1
    * IMP: 3.2=20
    * Turba: 1.2
    * Nag: 1.1
    * Passwd: 2.2
    * UW-IMAP 2001a
    * TROLL CVS HEAD (3/3/03)

I have been using HORDE/IMP/TURBA/NAG for about 2 years.  I maintain prod=
uction
servers and development servers running various releases.  I am very fami=
liar
with the workings of these apps.

I have recently installed Troll CVS HEAD and I cannot get it to work.  Th=
ere is
not much documentation (that I have been able to find) on Troll.  The
docs/INSTALL file is of little help.  It would be nice to have just a bit=
 more
info in the INSTALL file (like the other apps above).

I think I just need a lille shove into the right direction. =20

So far, I have
installed troll in /horde/troll, I have added our news server to the conf=
.php
file and set the mail server to localhost.  There is also a servers.php f=
ile but
docs/INSTALL does not refer to this file.  It only says to add your news =
and
mail servers to conf.php but I added my news server to it as well.

Anyway, here is the error I get when I point my browser to horde/troll (a=
fter
logging into Horde first if course):
