Hello,

We have just upgraded from  H4.0.13+I5.0.18+T3.0.11 to stable
H5.1.2+I6.1.3+T4.1.1 and disabled the support for DAV:

DAV Settings
$conf[davstorage][driver] - Disable CalDAV/CardDAV support

Trying to create new address book, the following fatal error is
thrown back:

A fatal error has occurred
A storage backend for DAV has not been configured.
Details have been logged for the administrator.

The address book is actually created but the error is annoying.
