Unable to import vcf (The address book "" does not exist)

Hello,

I just do last day a fresh install of the last Horde Webmail, I've  
import vcf and ics exported from the other server for 2 account
but now when I want to import vcf and ics to other accounts I have an error:

vcf import:
On the screen I've this error: "The address book "" does not exist"

  From the debug log I can see this:

or you do not have permission to add events to the selected calendar"

Sorry to post the ics problem here also but may be my problem come  
from the same place.
