Turba 4.2.16 not sorting when clicking on Name.

In Turba H5 (4.2.16) clicking on "Name" when viewing an address book 
doesn't sort either way.


So these urls show exactly the same thing:

/turba/?sortby=0&sortdir=0
/turba/?sortby=0&sortdir=1

Also manifests itself when clicking the "To" button when composing a 
message. The addresses that show up are no longer in alphabetical order.


Downgrading to Turba 4.2.15 fixes the issues.
