I just installed whups, because I want to use hermes.

After going through the install steps, I get the error:

Fatal error: Failed opening 
required '/var/www/html/horde/whups/lib/../../lib/Form.php' 
(include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /var/www/html/horde/whups/lib/base.php 
on line 45

I'm using the 1/1/03 snapshot.  Advice?
