undefined index: 1 under permissions

I recently set up and configured whups. I've been able to use it without any
problems, but decided that I wanted to give a user of my system permission to
view one of the projects I set up.

When I click Administration, then Permissions, I get this message twice at the
top of the page:

Notice: Undefined index: 1 in /var/www/html/horde/lib/Category.php on line 390

I'm pretty sure it's my configuration, but could someone give me a clue about
where to look to fix it?
