I believe you're exactly right. I have an entry in that table which
category_name is 1 and category_parents is :1:1. I must assume that this is an
invalid entry, since category_id in my table starts at 19.

Is there a way for me to make sure that deleting this line won't break something
else? Could there be a relation from this entry to another table?
