Ticketing (Whups) Module Permissions

Hi, First of all I'm using the latest CVS's (26th November from the nightly snapshots). While editing or creating modules in the Ticketing System, the 'Edit the permissions on this module' is giving a 'Not Found' page. It is trying to get /horde/admin/perms.php while there is no such a file. Is it a bug or a mistake in my settings ? Thanks.
