From looking at scripts/mail-filter.php it seems as though you're only able to add new tickets through email - it essentially seems to resolve to a $whups->addTicket() call. As far as I can tell there's no way to actually append comments to an existing ticket through email - the $conf['mail'] ['reply'] pref that I described only seems to add a "DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL" message to outgoing ticket notifications. > [...] Cheers, -- Stuart Bingë Code Fusion cc.
