The only thing I can see is in the apache log it says

[Fri Oct 22 13:17:40 2004] [error] [client 172.16.50.2] File does not exist:
/usr/local/apache2/htdocs/horde3/whups/graphics, referer:
http://172.16.0.1/horde3/admin/setup/

and it doesn't! should I have this folder??

The horde log reports no errors even with PEAR_LOG_DEBUG set.

Let me know if there is any other settings I can set to get more out of the
logs.
