Fwd: Re: whups Digest, Vol 186, Issue 1

Chuck,
thanks for the info but to be honest, I am completely lost. I had a look into
the prefs.php, found the Date_Format area but do not know what and how to
change. I tried serveral things but nothing changed in the display.
What I want
to get is in WHUPS the Date formated as "year.month.day hour:minute" in the
search results and in the ticket details.

Hope you have the time to help a newbie.
