Limit subjects to types

I would like to have the possiblity to limit subjects to types.

example:

Queue: project1

Type: dev
Subject: Login
Subject: Foo

Type:billing
Subject: Something else

I can only find an option 'Subjects associated with this Queue'.
After editing a type there are only the following options:
- States for this Type
- Priorities for this Type
- Attributes for this Type

But no subject options.
