DB Error: constraint violation

Hello

I am having some troubles restoring my whups configuration after a reinstall 
I am hoping somebody might be able to shed some light. 

I am getting the following error when I try and access my tickets stored in 
the sql database. I am running the latest cvs release.

"There was an error listing your assigned tickets: DB Error: constraint 
violation"

Horde.log show the following.
