    $perms['tree']['ingo']['foo'] = false;
    $perms['title']['ingo:foo'] = _("Foo");
    $perms['type']['ingo:foo'] = 'enum';
    $perms['params']['ingo:foo'] = array(array('one' => _("One")));

Would be great if you could add some notes in the developer section of 
the wiki.
