using whuos as helpdesk

Hello all,

Sorry if it is the wrong place or a too frequent question but I haven't 
found any answer.

I would like to know wether whups can be used as a customer ticket 
system (haert of a tech support engine) were each ticket is only 
accessible by the poster (client) a the technical staff.

I hope that my explanation is understandable...
