I personally find such ratings less than useful, but I can see how some 
organizations could benefit from it, or at least require such a system.

That being said, I see no reason why such a feature shouldn't make it 
into Whups, if someone sends a clean patch. I don't think anyone is 
currently working on such a thing at the moment though, at least I 
didn't hear from anyone.
