Permissions Question

Hi guys, quick (and stupid) question...

I'm testing out Whups now in hopes of convincing my coworkers to use it for
our support calls instead of the horribly archaic system we use currently.

So far, I really like what I see, but I haven't figured out how to set the
various "states" so that new tickets can only be set as "unassigned" or
"new" instead of ALL of my states (like assigned, resolved, etc).

Any pointers are appreciated as always!
