deleting last page version

Hi
today one of my users deleted the last version of a wiki page, because 
he thought it would only delete the version, not the entire page.
after testing the complete behaviour of wiki history functionality i 
found some inaccuracies:
1. javascript alert message is unclear, because it ask if you want to 
delete the version, not the entire page
2. don't create a new "big" version if reverting to an older version.
example: revert from version 1.5 to 1.4 creates the new version 1.6 not 2.0
