Exporting Wiki pages to PDF

I've been using wicked to finally document procedures and software
nuances for my systems (something that has dogged me for five years,
because I've always wanted something that serves as a live document
that multiple people can edit and Word documents on a file server don't
cut it). The concept of a Wiki is essentially what I want and since I
have Horde, Wicked becomes my de facto Wiki implementation.

The next step is to be able to export Wiki entries into a PDF format,
which allows me to throw a bunch of files on a server somewhere
(essentially looking to snapshot my Wiki entries, for the rainy day
when my database or Horde install goes Kaput). I can also print the
PDFs and get some dead tree formats, in the event that everything goes
Kaput.

So is there an easy method/class to take whats on screen and dump it to
PDF? The Cadillac version of that would be to allow selection of which
pages to include, to allow a user to essentially create a book, by
choosing pages/chapters, and outputting them all into a single PDF.
Somewhere along the line, I remember someone (Chuck?) mentioning
extending wicked to output to PDF, but I can't find the email at the
moment.
