I've got Text_Wiki 1.1.0 stable installed with horde 3.1.3 and the only
problem I have is that new links created by users won't show the [?] but
only show links back to the page itself but the administrator will see
the [?] link creation box and can create these pages. Searching the
archives only suggestion was to use horde HEAD - is that still the only
way it will work?
