STC dialogs sizing

Hey Riaan,

I started on the STCstyleEditor, but I have a question before going
further: The dialog is split into separate panels, is there a specific
reason for this? Can I make all the elements 'parent=self' and delete
the panels ?

Attached is STC print, one thing which is a little strange was that it
would not size properly without 'style=wx.RESIZE_BORDER' under winXP.
This is why I also added the line 'self.SetMaxSize(self.GetSize())'
