unicode error

Hi everyone
   i install the current release version of BOA constructor 0.6.1.but after startup,there is some error message was displayed on the python window,My enviorment was following:
    python2.4 ,wxpython-2.8-win32-unicode,boa-constructor-0.6.1. the error message is :
      Traceback (most recent call last):
      File "Editor.pyc", line 1148, in OnTabsNotebookPageChanged
      File "Editor.pyc", line 1057, in updateTitle
     UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xb1 in position 0: ordinal
     not in range(128)
