Full ACK. Having debugging working would be great! Maybe we should check
if all known bugs are already filed.

I'm the second dev he talked about so I hope we can start as soon as
possible.

- concepts behind eclipse
- installation
- implemented features
- basic usage
- not implemented/planned features
- other common plugins for web dev (e.g. subclipse)
- community

For phpeclipse devs or those willing to become one:
- concepts behind eclipse plugin development
- how to dig into phpeclipse development
