Category: Debugger Group: None >Status: Closed >Resolution: Fixed Priority: 5 Submitted By: Steven Grimm (koreth) >Assigned to: Robert Kraske (robekras) Summary: Single step doesn't update display, can't step repeatedly Initial Comment: When I stop at a breakpoint in the debugger and open up the suspended thread, the source window is updated to highlight the line I'm stopped on. But if I hit one of the single-step buttons, the only change in the debugger display is that the button I just pressed gets greyed out. I have to collapse the suspended thread and re-expand it (the stack trace then shows the new line number) and click on the entry in the stack trace (which updates the source window and, sometimes, the variables list) before the single-step button is enabled and I can proceed to the next line. Expected behavior is for the source window and variables to immediately update to reflect the code that I just stepped through/into, and for the single-step button to automatically become available again. This is with release 1.1.8 on Eclipse 3.2M6. Machine is a MacBook Pro (Intel) running MacOS X 10.4, JDK 1.5.0_05-84, PHP 5.0.4, Apache 2.0.55. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Robert Kraske (robekras) Date: 2006-08-29 14:05 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=356703 Debugging has been broken when running on eclipse 3.2. A new release of PHPeclipse fixes the debugging problems. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=484801&aid=1473888&group_id=57621 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
