Simply moving tikiwiki data over to bitweaver would work :)
The only option that will actually work is one that is practical for the 
people maintaining things. The tikiwiki framework is well supported, 
only reason I went with bitweaver ( tikipro port of tikiwiki ) was 
because I needed something that was easy to extend. I USE PHPEclipse to 
maintain and expand my sections of bitweaver and the Firebird port that 
very few CMS's could even touch.
