Honestly, I couldn't tell you if this is the correct branch or not but
it should be. Axel, Bananeweizen, or Phil could one of you guys confirm
if this is the proper branch or not.

IIRC he is the one who did the initial xdebug work. I don't believe
there are any actual maintainers. This part of the project needs to be
changed so that there are maintainers for various parts of phpeclipse.
