Category: Debugger Group: None >Status: Closed Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: tnickl (tnickl) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Debugger: "Expressions" and "Variables" are not working ok Initial Comment: When watching the "Variables"-Window in the Debug Perspective, it's contents are sometimes shown, sometimes not, and sometimes have the wrong value. The same is true for the "Expressions" - Window. Also, if I add an Expression (a "watch"), it's value won't be updated until I push the "Step Into", "Step Over", or "Step Return" buttons. Configuration: I use 1.1.8.CVS-20060407 on windows. dbg for php4.3.11 on linux. "Cross Plattform debugging" using an url of the form http://ip.of.gdb.machine/[email protected]:10001 Everything else works correctly. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: SourceForge Robot (sf-robot) Date: 2006-09-12 19:20 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1312539 This Tracker item was closed automatically by the system. There have been a problem with eclipse 3.2. If you have running eclipse 3.2, please test again with the new version/snapshot of PHPeclipse, which should hopefully be released within the next few days. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Steven Grimm (koreth) Date: 2006-04-20 15:36 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=59197 I see the same thing on MacOS X (10.4) and PHP 5.0.4. Most of the time the variables list is empty, but it gets populated sometimes. Haven't yet figured out what causes it to work or fail. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=484801&aid=1473013&group_id=57621 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
