Summary: Remote Sourcepath doesn't work with uppercase characters

Initial Comment:
Debugging is not working correctly when the source path
contains uppercase characters.

When PHPeclipse is running on Windows the
remote sourcepath which is provided within the
debug configuration is converted to lower case,
but dbg transmits the path in his original
representation. And in case the path contains
uppercase characters PHPeclipse will not find the
correct file, and opens an external file resource
(where you can't set any breakpoint)
