I'd downloaded the latest, and that is running fine, but I was not sure 
WHAT I need with it for phpEclipse. I can remember adding web tools but 
I think I need something else?

Gives me the above error when trying to access any php stuff :(

It's just going to be something simple, but I don't have much time to 
play. The 3.1 setup is working fine and I need to get some development 
work finished :)
