Initial Comment:
after several attempts to get debugging working i finally found out, that 
i have to start debugging in eclipse first and _after_ that point my 
browser to http://myurl?DBGSESSID=1@localhost:10001 (yes, it's 
mentioned at plog4you, but anyway).

so, not only because of that, but for the usability it would be nice, if 
starting debug in eclipse will open the browser (internal or external as 
already defined) with the debug-url automatically.
the url to open is known by the ide and the port by the debugger-
prespective.
