Save File dialog pops up on PHP file open or close

After installing phpeclipse all looks to be working fine.
Installation details:
PHPEclipse 1.1.8
Eclipse Version: 3.2.1 Build id: M20060921-0945
Mandriva 2006

I create a new PHP project from an existing PHP web site
in /var/www/html/hosts/tsfilex/web.
Now, whenever I open or close a PHP file in the Navigator a Save File dialog
box pops up.
The "Save in Folder" field shows the Home folder.
This happens only with file with PHP extension.
Is there a setting to suppress this behaviour ?
