Summary: WTP HTML editor interop/integration

Initial Comment:
It would be very nice to have the WTP HTML editor
features when editing PHP files, since it is very
common to a PHP developer to deal a lot with HTML. Not
only the visual features (like tags begin/end
delimitation and tag information) but also the Outline
tree and its features, et cetera.

The plan would be to provide something like an easyeclipse distro for
phpeclipse that could bundle the web html editoir for a start.
The other possibility would be to port the PHP editor to work on top of
the WTP HTml editor.
That would require probably too much work.
